Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

  Secure the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original luxury box and use a padded mailer to prevent any damage during transit.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
